For both corporate and individual clients we provide uniquely empowering and effective outplacement consulting and coaching.

We work one on one with individuals and create openings for action that may otherwise remain hidden or unexplored.

Areas we address:

1) Self-efficacy & Self-esteem:

Loosing one's employment can bring many challenges.  Almost always financial and social concerns arise.  Uncertainty and doubt are part of the mix.

During individual coaching sessions participants are completely freed up from self-doubt, blame and any upset.

Individuals are left fully confident and able to deal powerfully with their employment circumstances.

We support individuals with one on one coaching sessions over an agreed period of time.

This service is usually provided by telephone or video conference, hence it is not constrained by geographical location of our customers and consultants.

Face to face coaching can also be arranged.

2) Creating a new future

We explore and determine each individuals' core concerns and commitments and powerfully create 'what's next' with each person.

'What is next'  includes an inspiring career future, a strategy on how to fulfill it and an action plan.

We empower individuals to follow their plan over an agreed period of time.

This is accomplished using weekly coaching calls and progress reports.

Coaching calls address possible barriers people experience whilst implementing their individual plan.

3) Networking & Relationships

Social and professional networking are vital components of a person's personal advancement in life.

Yet few people have benefited from formal training in managing relationships.

We train people in how to be effective at developing and maintaining relationships that support their efforts.

Further we instruct  people in netiquette and how to safely and responsibly manage and exploit  any Internet on-line presence and activity on social and professional networking websites.

4) Documentation

We have worked with thousands of job seekers and passive candidates and have read equally as many CVs and resumes.

The CV that effectively stands out and  communicates a person's strengths and abilities is a rarity.

To distinguish oneself from the mass of job-seekers, polished communication is vital.

We train people in creating powerful personal documents including CV's and profiles that powerfully convey the intended message to the intended audience.
