Our executive search service uses the same strategic approach to resourcing we developed to meet our client's strategic procurement needs.
The first step of our approach includes working with clients to define the strategic contribution the position to fill will make to the organisation. Regardless of whether or not this is a new hire or replacement.
Having defined the business need our consultants then work with our clients to define the key competencies of the person sought to fulfill on the clients desired outcomes.

Having defined the role and purpose of the position we design the search strategy in consultation with out clients and identify a universe of potential candidates / targets.
During regular consultation with our clients we arrive at a long list of potential candidates with which we engage on behalf of our clients. Equally, shortlisting is also conducted in complete and transparent consultation.
Shortlisted candidates will have engaged with us in a rigorous assessment process including the completion of a Personal Executive Summary designed to identify the respondents fundamental concerns and compatibility with our client companies.
Ensuring a cultural fit beyond the candidate's competencies allows us to guarantee all placements for a period of 12 months from the date of hire.
Naturally each person we place remains off-limits to us for the entire period of working with the client we placed him or her with.
Off-limits are also agreed with our clients reasonably encompassing departments or geography.
